Larry G. Herrera

As Long Beach city clerk, Larry G. Herrera recently assisted in the implementation of a new voting system for the city. Before earning his M.P.A. at Cal State Fullerton, he received a bachelor’s degree in political science and administration from Cal State Los Angeles. He also holds a certificate as a senior executive in state and local government from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. In 2004, he was voted California City Clerk of the Year by the City Clerks Association of California. He served as president of Long Beach’s Latino Managers and Professionals Organization from 2004 to 2007.

Como funcionario municipal de Long Beach, Larry G. Herrera recientemente participó en la implementación de un nuevo sistema de votar para la ciudad. Antes de recibir su Maestría en Administración Empresarial en Cal State Fullerton, recibió su Bachillerato en Ciencias Políticas y Administración de Cal State Los Angeles.
