Michele Martinez
B.A. Criminal Justice (In Progress)
Michele Martinez was elected to serve on the Santa Ana City Council in 2006. She presently is working on her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She recently received Orange County United Way’s 2008 Hispanic Influentials award and has been recognized as an “Emerging Latina of the Year” by the National Latina Business Women Association. She chairs the Santa Ana Parks, Recreation, Education and Youth Council committee and serves as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Ana. She works as the human resources education foundation director at ConquistAmerica, a mortgage lender headquartered in Santa Ana.
Bachillerato en Justicia Penal (en proceso)
Michele Martinez fue nombrada cónsul de la ciudad de Santa Ana en el 2006. Actualmente cursa sus estudios de Bachillerato en Justicia Penal en Cal State Fullerton. Recientemente fue reconocida por “Orange County United Way” con el premio titulado “2008 Hispanic Influentials” y fue reconocida como una “Emerging Latina of the Year” por el “National Latina Business Women Association.” Ella preside sobre el comité llamado “Santa Ana Parks, Recreation, Education and Youth Council” y sirve como miembro de la mesa directiva del “Boys and Girls Club” de Santa Ana. También trabaja como directora de la fundación sobre la educación de recursos humanos de ConquistAmerica, un prestamista hipotecario basado en Santa Ana.
