H.G. Reza

H.G. Reza has been an investigative reporter for the Los Angeles Times for 24 years. Among his many journalism honors is a 1998 award from the United Nations for Outstanding Consumer Reporting for his investigative series on prescription drugs. Before joining the L.A. Times, Reza worked at the San Francisco Chronicle. He is a Vietnam War veteran, who served the country as an Army combat infantryman. As a soldier, he was awarded the Bronze Star, the Combat Infantry badge and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, and his unit received the highest combat award — the Presidential Unit Citation.
