At about the 40-minute mark, it was easy to see students were trying to conceal their laughter. I couldn't figure out what was so funny. I turned around to face the mirror, and what a surprise. My hips were foaming. There were bubbles everywhere.
Apparently, all of the detergent did not rinse out of my workout shorts in the washing machine. I perspire a lot, and the combination of sweat plus hip flexing motions created lots of bubble action. It took me a few moments to realize what was happening. I'm surprised I didn't slip on the floor.
