Ticket Distribution

Guest Tickets

Tickets are not required for the 8 a.m. university commencement ceremony. Tickets are required for all college graduations. This year we will have two processes in place for ticketing. The College of Engineering & Computer Science, the College of Education, the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, and the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics will only be able to get their tickets electronically this year, while all other colleges will pick up their tickets at various venues listed below. In order to be eligible to pick up tickets, graduates must have completed their graduation check and have viewed the “Graduate with Titan Pride” mandatory orientation video. Tickets will not be released to a graduate until both of these requirements have been met. For most graduations, each graduate will receive eight free tickets for their guests.

Electronic Ticketing for Four Colleges Only

The College Engineering & Computer Science, the College of Education, the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, and the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics will only be able to get their tickets electronically this year. Graduates may print out their tickets at the following link (link) between April 2-27, 2012 after they have viewed the “Graduate with Titan Pride” mandatory orientation video located at the link above. After April 27, tickets will no longer be available, except for an “extra ticket” distribution from May 2-4 for venues that have not completely filled and can accommodate more guests. The extra tickets will also be electronic and can be printed out at the following link (link). Not all college ceremonies will have extra tickets to disburse, and those that do will have only a limited supply. Tickets will be given out in pre-determined numbers to graduates on a first-come/first-served basis. Those college ceremonies that will be distributing extra tickets will be listed at www.fullerton.edu/commencement at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1.

Warning: Each ticket will have its own unique scanning pattern. Once a ticket has been scanned, it is no longer usable. Duplicating tickets will only mean that some of your guests will be turned away at the venue because their tickets are not valid.

Parking Permits and Name Cards: : Graduates in the four colleges using electronic tickets can pick up two commencement parking permits, along with a name card for them to complete for the announcement of their name at the college graduations, at GradFest (April 3-5 at Titan Shops and April 12 at Irvine Campus) or at TitanCard located on the first floor of Pollak Library April 2-27, 2012. The normal CSUF parking permits will not be accepted for on-campus parking at the commencement events. On-campus parking is restricted to those who carpool (3 or more per car) and is on a first-come, first-served basis. No recreational vehicles are allowed. Late arrivals or cars with fewer than three people will be directed to off-campus parking areas. If you are unable to pick up parking permits and name cards on the dates listed above, please send a self addressed stamped envelope (6” x 9” or larger) and download/complete the Commencement Ticket Form by April 15, 2012 to:

Mary Jo Medyn

Hard Copy Ticket Distribution

Graduates not in the four colleges who are receiving their tickets electronically (the College Engineering & Computer Science, the College of Education, the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, and the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics) may pick up their free Commencement 2012 tickets at GradFest on April 3-5 or from April 2-April 27 at the TSU Information Desk and at the TitanCard Office if they have completed their grad check and viewed the mandatory commencement video located at www.fullerton.edu/commencement or on the student portal. It is suggested that graduates print out their confirmation page after completing the video and bring it to the ticket distribution center. Students need their Titan Card to obtain tickets. Those who do not have a Titan Card, or have questions regarding the card, are encouraged to contact the TitanCard office located on the first floor of Pollak Library. April 2-27 will be the only weeks that tickets are available for graduates. Graduates who do not pick up their guest tickets by April 27 will not be guaranteed tickets. Venue sizes are set on April 30 based on the number of tickets distributed during the official ticket distribution and additional tickets will be given out only as the venue size allows. If you are unable to pick up tickets on the dates listed above, please send a self addressed stamped envelope (6” x 9” or larger) and download/complete the Commencement Ticket Form by April 15, 2012 to:
