About the Conference
University Leadership Conference
Be the LEADER you were meant to be!

The University Leadership Conference is designed to provide college students with a full day of leadership education and training. Whether you currently hold a leadership position, are thinking about pursuing a leadership position, or just want to learn more about leadership, the conference will provide you with an excellent opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and learn more about leading others. Join other college students as you hear motivational speakers, participate in interactive leadership skill-building workshops, engage in opportunities to network with others, and learn more about leadership opportunities available on campus and in the greater community.

Who can attend the Conference?

All college students are welcome to attend whether you currently hold a leadership position, want to assume a leadership position, or are just interested in enhancing or learning more about your leadership skills and abilities. No prior leadership experience is necessary to attend, only a desire to learn about leadership. You do not need to be a Cal State Fullerton student to attend.
