ABS Consulting, Inc. has an internship position opening this summer for a civil/structural engineering student in their Irvine office. Their preference would be to find a graduate student, however, an upper-class student might also be suitable provided that they have completed some basic structural engineering coursework. The person in this position would be able to accompany structural engineers to construction sites to see construction, and might help with some submittal reviews and miscellaneous CAD plotting, and might be able to do some very minor design work under the direction of our staff.
