Application Outage - 10/20/2014 11:55 a.m.
The data center maintenance that was scheduled for October 18
completed successfully. All major applications and services have been restored successfully. However, the following applications are currently unavailable and the Information Technology teams are actively working to resolve these issues.
1- Employee Training Center (Learner Web)
The application is being restored and it is anticipated to be available by noon tomorrow.
2- Call Trees and Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system
Users may experience problems logging in to ACDs. The Telecommunications team is working with our vendor and this issue is expected to be resolved by tomorrow morning
3- Time stamp on phones
The time on all phones is showing 7 hours ahead. The time on the phones will be automatically corrected by3:00am tomorrow morning.
Campus Email – Outlook Web Access (OWA) - 8/19/2014 3:41 p.m.
Information Technology is aware of the issue accessing your email account through a web browser (outlook web access). Please be aware that you may experience some intermittent connectivity issues as we diagnose the problem.

Titan Online Service Outage **Resolved at 8/3/2014 1:00am**

Due to a problem at the campus outsourced data center (Unisys), the following Titan Online Services are currently unavailable: Class Search, Student Center, Faculty Center, Titan Degree Audit, Student Administration, Human Resources and Employee Self-Service

We are experiencing limited connectivity with our TV signal to the campus. Information Technology is aware of this interruption and is currently working with Time Warner Cable to resolve the issue.
