Registration Instructions

  • Open the registration form (requires Adobe 6.0 or better).
  • Fill in the form online in Adobe > SAVE the form with your entries > and PRINT
  • OR PRINT a blank form > and fill in by hand
  • Fax or mail the form (instructions on form). Payment by check requires mailing registration form.

    Register by July 1.
    Registration required for all sessions.
    Participants must complete a registration form in order to attend ANY class. Enrollment is open.
    Choose any day or days you want to register for -- from just 1, to all 4!
    Minimum attendance is 1 full day.
    No split, shared, or half-day registrations.

     

    Registration Changes and Cancellations
    We understand change happens. We want to ensure the best possible experience for attendees and instructors. Because they are labor-intensive and incur transaction costs for processing, changes to your schedule are discouraged -- but every attempt will be made to accommodate them as needed.
    Change fee : No fee to change schedule by Friday, June 29. After June 29, fee is $25.
    Cancellation fee : $25 cancellation fee up to Friday, June 29. After June 29, cancellation fee is 50% of total registration fee. Or, you may transfer your registration fee to another attendee and his/her class selections (change fee applies).

    Proceeds from this professional development event support the Gianneschi Fellowships in Nonprofit Leadership, which provide paid summer work experience for newly-graduated CSUF baccalaureates who intend to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector, with additional support to their nonprofit host sites. The 2012 Gianneschi Fellowships are funded through the Cecil and Beulah Ballentine Endowment in Nonprofit Research, and by the annual Gianneschi Summer School for Nonprofits and its sponsors, Wells Fargo and The Fieldstone Foundation. The host sites for summer 2012 are OneOC and Blind Children's Learning Center.
