SPAM Filtering

How to filter an email address

Note: This procedure requires you to press certain keystroke combinations using the Control key which is usually labeled as Ctrl on your keyboard. It is used like the Shift key in that it must be held down prior to pressing the second key in the combination. Both keys are then simultaneously released to complete the combination. For example, if you are instructed to press Ctrl-C, press and continue to hold the Ctrl key, then press the letter C key and release both at the same time.

To locate the email address:

  • Locate the email message in your Inbox window.
