OLLI is a self-governing, self-determining organization of retired and semi-retired persons, operating on the campus of California State Universitym Fullerton under the guidance of University Extended Education.

OLLI is established under charter from California State University, Fullerton as a non-profit, self-supporting and self-administering entity.
