  • Co-Secretary (2 spots): Attends monthly Board meetings, takes meeting minutes and makes updates to the minutes as needed [Time commitment mostly during and after monthly meetings]
  • Fundraising Co-Chair: Actively seeks out fundraising opportunities (e.g., CSUF Day of Giving) and promotes fundraising efforts at AAPIFSA events, aids in ongoing fundraising related activities [Time commitment spread throughout the semester]
  • Scholarship Co-Chair: Revises past student scholarship applications, promotes scholarships across campus, reviews scholarship applicants to determine awardees, attend events where the scholarships are awarded to students [Time commitment mostly during the Spring semester]
  • Activities Co-Chair: Aids in planning, organizing, and executing AAPIFSA related events (eg, Tea Time gathering or socials, community tours) [Time commitment spread out, but typically includes 1-2 events per semester]

*All positions are encouraged to participate in AAPIFSA events and may be asked to assist with other tasks to advance AAPIFSA’s annual goals.
