Fall 2008 (Undergraduate)
The University is now closed to all first time freshmen applicants for the fall 2008 term. The University is closing to Upper division transfer applicants as of 2/13/08. Please apply as quickly as possible for maximum consideration.
- After 2/13/08, the University will only be accepting applicants from upper division majors in Nursing and in Engineering. Upper division transfer students are those with 60 or more transferable units.
- Upper-division transfer applicants interested in Nursing or Pre-Nursing should contact the Department of Nursing (http://nursing.fullerton.edu/).
- Please be advised that all upper division applicants must have completed the 4 basic subject courses which include GE Oral Communication, Critical Thinking, English Composition and GE math with at least grades of C or better. If you are transferring from an out of state university or a private college, your completed courses must be comparable to the courses that our students utilize to fulfill these requirement areas. Please note that GE math must have a pre-requisite of Algebra II or Intermediate Algebra. Critical Thinking courses are specifically those like Logic and Reasoning. Additionally given the budget situation in California, transfer students must complete all units for entrance by the end of the spring 2008 term. Applicants or admits can no longer plan to use the summer to complete or repeat the basic subjects of GE or reach the 60 required units.
If you would like to apply for this term, please go to www.calstatefullerton.com and select 'apply on-line.' Full details are available online. Please apply as soon as possible as closings may be forthcoming.
