Advancement Operations

Advancement Operations manages the division's fiscal and administrative resources; processes, administers and accounts for all gifts; reviews and approves gift agreements; tracks and maintains pledges; researches and identifies new donor prospects; and maintains and manages the university’s donor database. Advancement Operations also manages the Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation (CSFPF) program, scholarship and endowment accounts.

Advancement Operations follows the guidelines and standards of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the professional organization for advancement professionals.
