Prospect/Relationship Management Objectives

Mission

To encourage coordination, communication, and collaboration within the community of internal individuals (staff/faculty/administrators) and volunteers who interact with prospects donors and strategic partners in the pursuit of positive relationships for the benefit of Cal State Fullerton.

Vision

To create partnerships and a donor-centered environment that addresses the needs and priorities of the prospects, donors, and CSUF.

Values

The successful implementation of guidelines is a shared responsibility that assumes the commitment of all participants to:

  • work collaboratively and professionally;
  • communicate regularly and openly;
  • foster an environment of mutual respect, integrity, and responsiveness; and
  • honor the interests of our donors and partners.

Implementation

The mission, vision, and values of the prospect management efforts are carried out through the timely and accurate communication of information. All donor, prospect and partner information is housed in Advance. The entry of information on prospect, donor and partner activities is crucial to the successful fundraising efforts of CSUF.
