UPGRADE REMINDER

If you haven’t already done so, you will want to follow the instructions emailed to you by Valerie Nguyen on October 29th, 2007 for upgrading to Advance version 9.1. Valerie’s email provides a series of links to complete the upgrade.

TIME-OUT ON ADVANCE

It is recommended that you complete off-line work (i.e. documents to be added to a Contact Report or Notes) prior to opening Advance. That way, your data input will not be lost if you stop to compose an attachment with Advance open in the background. Or, you can add the essentials of a Contact Report, save it, and close Advance while you create an attachment that can be added to the previously saved Contact Report or Note.
