Joe Mathews and Mark Paul, authors of “California Crackup: How Reform Broke the Golden State and How We Can Fix It,” will speak about their book as the highlight of Constitution Day festivities on campus. A book signing will follow their talk: “Is California Governable?” Scott J. Spitzer, assistant professor of political science, will introduce the authors, and Sarah Hill, assistant professor of political science, will moderate.
