2007 Holiday Event
The African-American Alumni Chapter held their first holiday event on Saturday, December 1st at the Golleher Alumni House on campus.
Alumni enjoyed music, appetizers, dinner and desserts while mingling and networking with fellow Titan alumni and faculty. Dr. Milton A. Gordon attended the event and shared with the alumni the latest news and developments happening at their alma mater as it celebrates the 50th Anniversary.
CSUF 50th Anniversary Open House
The African-American Alumni Chapter participated in the special CSUF 50th Anniversary celebration on Saturday, September 15.
Juneteenth Event a Success!
The Juneteenth event held on June 16th, 2007 at the Golleher Alumni House was a great success. Nearly 70 CSUF alumni, family and friends were in attendance, and enjoyed hearing from Bobby McDonald, Chapter historian, as well as other alumni who recited poems and sang for the group.

Attendees enjoyed a delicious meal and dessert bar, and were able to peruse a wonderful assortment of items up for bid at the Silent Auction tables. Jonathan Club in LA
Chapter President Sylvia Moore and Vice President of Finance Angela Akins attended the Alumni Association's annual LA Area Alumni event at the Jonathan Club on May 30. Sylvia and Angela met Stan and Jaime Chambers after they spoke to the group and shared their combined experience of over 60 years in Broadcast Television.

AAC Networking Mixer: Meet the Founding Members
Founding members of the African-American Chapter met at the Off Campus Pub and Grill on Saturday, February 24 to network, socialize and finalize information for their official chartering by the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
