You will have access to the facility based on an hourly rental rate. Appropriate set-up and clean-up hours should be budgeted in the rental agreement (minimum 1-hour for each, with clean-up ending no later than Midnight)
A campus police officer must be present for events with 200+ guests or for events with 100+ guests if alcohol is served. The minimum fee is $260, covering up to 4 hours. Additional hours will be billed at $65/hour.
Parking permits required for weekday parking. Free campus parking starts on Fridays at 5PM and all day Sat-Sunday
All non-university events are subject to a mandatory liability insurance fee. This fee will be determined prior to the final rental agreement and will be based on the type of event, number of attendees and service of alcohol.
