Dianna Fisher Joins Cal State Fullerton as Executive Director of Alumni Relations

Dianna FisherDianna Fisher joined the CSUF alumni relations team as the new Executive Director for Alumni Relations on February 1.

Fisher is previously from the University of California, Irvine where she served as Associate Executive Director since 2003. At UC Irvine she was responsible for the development and cultivation of the association's board and volunteer programs and successfully enhanced and created programs to increase the outreach and visibility of the alumni association to students, alumni and community.

Prior to UC Irvine, Fisher spent an additional ten years in alumni relations field in positions that include Director of Campus Relations at the UCLA Alumni Association and Associate Director of Alumni and Parent Programs at Drake University.

"There is a high level of energy and enthusiasm on campus and within the alumni community as CSUF celebrates its 50th anniversary. It is an honor to be joining the university at this exciting time." Fisher encourages alumni to find an interest on campus and become involved. "As alumni you are essential to the continued development and success of this university."

Fisher earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of Nebraska and a master's degree in public administration from Drake University.
