Randy’s thesis is entitled “The Influence of Loneliness on HIV Risk Behaviors in Young Men Who Have Sex with Men of HIV-Negative/Unknown Status: A Grounded Theory Approach.” This thesis addresses an understudied topic and has the potential to fill significant gaps in our knowledge of the connection between mental health and HIV risk behaviors in a critically at-risk population. Randy has been accepted to the prestigious Ph.D. program in Health Behavior at Indiana University. We look forward to learning of the continued work and impact on behalf of this outstanding Titan.
