Academic Master Plan Steering Committee

The Academic Master Plan was developed by a steering committee appointed by President Mildred García based on recommendations from the Council of Deans, the Chair of the Academic Senate, the Academic Senate Executive Committee and the Provost. Four AMP subcommittees were expanded to include additional faculty representation based on feedback from the campus community.

The committee was charged with developing a document that answers fundamental questions in the areas of programs, degrees and outcomes; student success; faculty support and pedagogy; and infrastructure and resources. The AMP now serves as both map and compass to maintain and assert the vitality of our institution and mission.
