1. Join one of our 20 ECS student chapters of professional organizations to learn about the many specialties in engineering and computer science
2. Attend a free Technology Breakfast presentation to meet professionals from top industries in Southern California
3. Update (or create) your résumé and visit the ECS Career Fair to find out what jobs and internships are available to ECS grads
4. Get involved in an interdisciplinary student project &ndash such as a Formula 1 Race Car, Concrete Canoe, Steel Bridge, Robotic land vehicle, create a video game or build a Super Computer.
5. Help high school students learn about engineering and computer science by displaying projects, giving lab tours or visiting local schools
6. Participate in the annual Pumpkin Launch event by building a launcher or volunteering at activity booths.
