Titan Athletics Hall of Fame
A near capacity crowd of 500 persons attended the inaugural Titan Athletics Hall of Fame Banquet and induction ceremony in the Titan Student Union Pavilion on Saturday, Nov. 5.

The heart-warming acceptance speeches of Eugenia Miller-Rycraw (women's basketball), Greg Bunch (men's basketball), Susan LeFebvre-Wyman (softball), Nancy Dunkle (women's basketball), Tami Elliott-Harrison (gymnastics), Tim Wallach (baseball) and Coach Augie Garrido (baseball) drew rapt attention from the audience that included numerous Titan "celebrities" from the near and distant past.
Presenting the inductees were women's basketball coach Dr. Maryalyce Jeremiah (Miller-Rycraw), former teammate and former CSUF head men's basketball coach Donny Daniels (Bunch), former teammate and current CSUF softball coach Michelle Gromacki (LeFebvre-Wyman), former CSUF and Olympics coach Billie Moore (Dunkle), former CSUF head gymnastics coach Lynn Rogers (Elliott-Harrison) and current CSUF head baseball coach George Horton (Wallach and Garrido). Each inductee was introduced via a historic slide show. Visual images of current Titan coaches and athletes also were shown earlier in the program.
Among the celebrities present were former Titan basketball player and athletics director Neale Stoner, former CSUF men's basketball Coach Bobby Dye, former Los Angeles Times sportswriter John Hall, former Titan baseball player and current Los Angeles Angelsof Anaheim TV broadcaster Jose Mota, Los Angeles Dodgers coach Glenn Hoffman, former women's basketball star and current broadcaster Ann Meyers-Drysdale and former Expos and Angels manager Bob Rodgers along with numerous former Titan student-athletes including 2005 major league saves leader Chad Cordero of the Washington Nationals.
