How to Post a Student Assistant or Federal WorkStudy Job
The new Titan Connection provides as a one-stop shopping for students looking for CSUF-specific jobs, for on and off campus student assistant or Federal WorkStudy jobs, and for on-campus interviews with after-graduation employers. This site is protected for CSUF students behind the student portal.
How to Use the New Titan Connection
Step 1: Request Account
Click here to Request an Account
Complete the form.
- Use Cal State Fullerton as your "Organization Name."
- Use your department name for "Division."
Click on Submit.
You'll be notified of your acceptance within 24 hours via e-mail and will receive a password that will allow you to proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Posting a Job Opening
Click here to Login
- Use your email address as your username
- Use the password you received via email
Click on Jobs & Internships
Click on Add New
Complete the form. Be sure to select Federal WorkStudy or Student Assistant as the job type as appropriate.
Click on SUBMIT.
You will be notified by email with in 24 hours that your job has been accepted.

Titan Connection Usage Tip
I need to post several similar jobs or re-post the same job in the future. Do I have to retype everything every time?
The job posting form contains a selection box labeled Copy Existing. Selecting an existing job will pre-populate most of the fields using the old data. By default, only active jobs are shown as copy options, but you can also add archived jobs to the selection box using the show archived button next to the selection box.
