Cultural Recognition Ceremonies

Cultural recognition ceremonies, which complement University Commencement, are held annually in May to honor graduates.

All graduating students are welcome to participate in these ceremonies, which celebrate the University's diverse student population. Leadership for these ceremonies is provided by faculty staff associations, student leaders, clubs and organizations, and cultural resource centers. The Diversity Education Initiatives (DEI) unit is committed to providing programmatic support for these events and advocates for the perseverance of these celebrations at Cal State Fullerton.
