Dear Graduate Student:
The faculty of the College of Education and I invite you to participate in this year’s commencement ceremonies on Sunday, May 18, 2014. We look forward to the opportunity to honor your achievement as well as show appreciation to those who have given you encouragement and support.
We begin our day of celebration with the all-University ceremony. Immediately following, the College of Education will hold its ceremony where each candidate will be recognized individually and participate in a hooding ceremony on stage. Please refer to the commencement website for details and a map.
Commencement is a formal ceremony that recognizes your academic achievement. It is important that graduates and their guests respect the proceedings and the speakers by acting with decorum and remaining in their seats until the ceremony concludes. It is a day to celebrate your achievement with Titan Pride. Please join us for what promises to be a memorable occasion.
