Assessing Student Learning Outcomes

The Career Center at Cal State Fullerton conducts an ongoing series of student learning outcomes assessments as part of a Student Affairs division-wide assessment initiative. Both students and employers who have used services provided by Cal State Fullerton Career Center were engaged in these efforts. These assessments measure the impact of Career Services on student learning in the domains of professionalism and self management.
