Cal State Fullerton continues its commitment to protect the privacy
of employees and to comply with all state and federal laws regarding
the collection, maintenance and dissemination of Social Security
numbers. The California legislature has passed several new laws
requiring that universities use an assigned identification number
instead of SSNs. Please refer to the FAQs
for information about the new numbers, changes in SIS+, class lists.
etc.
In coming weeks this site will be updated to include information
of particular interest to faculty. Watch for guidelines regarding
the use of student SSN and CWIDs, training related to SIS+ changes,
and more.
