Detailed Benefits: Mailboxes, Meeting Rooms, Event Areas and Office Space in the Titan Student Union

Mailboxes: One major benefit of registering your student organization with the Dean of Students Office is a free mailbox located in the Titan Student Union, Room 246. Mail is distributed Monday through Friday.

Meeting Rooms and Event Areas: Another major benefit of registering your student organization is the free use of the conference rooms, meeting spaces and event areas in the Titan Student Union. All registered student organizations, which have participated in a Blue Prints information meeting, can reserve space free of charge for meetings and activities. Occasionally, there are minor staffing charges for larger events. Check with the University Conference Center (Titan Student Union, Room 121, 714-278-5867) for details.

Office Space: The Titan Student Union has a limited amount of office space available for registered student organizations. Each semester the Space Allocation Committee of the Titan Student Union Governing Board holds an application process for interested student organizations. As space is limited, shared space is the norm, usually with 2-5 student organizations in each office. There are 30 spaces available for your organization to apply for. For information on how your organization can apply for a space, please contact the Titan Student Union Administrative Office (Titan Student Union, Room 218, (714) 278-2401, or the AS/TSU Office of Program Support (Titan Student Union, Room 264, (714) 278-7734.
