Mailboxes:
One major benefit of registering your student organization with
the Dean of Students Office is a free mailbox located in the Titan
Student Union, Room 246. Mail is distributed Monday through Friday.
Meeting
Rooms and Event Areas: Another major benefit of registering
your student organization is the free use of the conference rooms,
meeting spaces and event areas in the Titan Student Union. All registered
student organizations, which have participated in a Blue Prints
information meeting, can reserve space free of charge for meetings
and activities. Occasionally, there are minor staffing charges for
larger events. Check with the University

Office
Space: The Titan Student Union has a limited amount of office
space available for registered student organizations. Each semester
the Space Allocation Committee of the Titan Student Union Governing
Board holds an application process for interested student organizations.
As space is limited, shared space is the norm, usually with 2-5
student organizations in each office. There are 30 spaces available
for your organization to apply for. For information on how your
organization can apply for a space, please contact the Titan Student
