Chi Sigma Phi was established at California State University, Fullerton, on March 27, 2000 by four extraordinary women: Ms. Linda Ko, Ms. Trinh Nguyen, Ms. Ami Chen, and Ms. Monique Dao. They set up a sisterhood meant to encourage its members to engage with one another, the community around them, the various cultures that they represented, and to strive for excellence in all areas of life. Their dedication laid the groundwork for establishing a friendly, down-to-earth, committed group of young women who live by the motto Reflect. Refine. Respect.
