Though
it receives advice and counsel by appropriate University officials
and is bound by University rules and regulations, the Greek System
is essentially self-governing. The primary expectation of the fraternities
and sororities at CSUF, however, is to support the mission of the
institution.

If you have any concerns about Greek organizations that you would
like to bring to the attention of the University, please the Coordinator of Greek Life at the Dean of Students Office at (714) 278-3211
or by email, deanofstds@fullerton.edu.
Anonymous calls are accepted any time and fully investigated while
protecting the source. Please let us know about any practices that
run counter to the expectations of Greek life.
Pursuit
of Excellence-Five Star Program
The purpose of the Pursuit of Excellence Program serves to assist
the University Greek community in functioning at the most effective
and efficient levels possible. The program also intends to help
provide for the best possible experience for individual members.
The purpose of the Pursuit of Excellence recognition program
is three fold:
- To help chapters achieve the minimum standards they should be
meeting to be viable and successful members of the University Greek
community and of their (inter)national organizations.
- Provide assistance to individual chapters in the specific areas
in which they may have not been able to achieve the recognition
standards.
- Serves as a tool to publicly recognize high performing chapters.
