The mission of the Diversity Education Initiatives (DEI) is to create learning environment and opportunities that support the University mission by preparing students to become leaders in a global society.

The DEI offers workshops and trainings designed to prepare students to become leaders in a global society who are self aware, culturally competent, civically engaged, and critical thinkers. Programs address issues related but not limited to: race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, gender, ability, and class.

The DEI also functions as a resource to student leaders and culturally-related student organizations through advisement and training on event planning, group development and organizational management.

For more information about programs and services, please contact Diversity Education Initiatives at DEI@fullerton.eduor by phone at 657-278-7366.
