Multicultural Mentoring Program

What is the Mentoring Program?

The Multicultural Mentoring Program is an opportunity for first year students to be paired with an upperclass mentor and faculty or staff mentor. The program focuses on the academic, cultural, and social integration of students. Participants will build a network of knowledge and support on campus resources, cultural identity development, and community awareness. The program is coordinated by the Multicultural Leadership Center (MLC), African American Resource Center (AARC), Chicano Resource Center, and the African American, Asian and Pacific Islander, and Chicano/Latino Faculty and Staff Associations.
