Dear Graduating Senior,

This year’s Pan African Recognition ceremony, which celebrates your achievements and completion of your undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, will be held on May 21, 2006, in the Fullerton campus.  One of the highlights of that special day is the awarding of the $500 Outstanding Senior Award presented by the African American Faculty and Staff Association.  Enclosed with letter are the materials required to apply for the award.  I encourage you to take the time to apply and return your application and supporting documents by May 1, 2006 to the African American Resource Center H222B.

If you have any questions you can contact the AARC at (657) 278-3230, or stop by the AARC H222B.

I look forward to your participation in this important activity and also hope to see you the wonderful recognition ceremony we have planned for you on May 21, 2006.

Sincerely,
