LGBT Lavender Welcome

The Multicultural Leadership Center would like to invite you to attend the Spring LGBT Lavender Welcome! This social event is a great opportunity for LGBT and ally studies to meeting each other and meet supportive allies among CSUF faculty and staff. Light refreshments will be provided. AICA’s 2nd Annual Culture Couture

ASI'S Association for Intercultural Awareness would like to invite you to celebrate the beauty of diversity at our 2nd Annual Culture Couture event. This upscale event will feature couture fashion from around the globe. Learn about the cultural importance of dress through the unique stylings found around the world that will be displayed by your very own CSUF students. Come dressed to impress and ready to enjoy refreshments, performances, and a runway show!

EMBRACE Track for the Student Leadership Institute
Tuesday cohort: March 6 – April 17, 1:00pm-3:00pm
Friday cohort: March 9 – April 20, 1:00-3:00pm
Interested in diversity and improving your communication skills? Then the EMBRACE track is for you! EMBRACE stands for Educating Myself for Better Racial Awareness and Cultural Enrichment. This award-winning program is an excellent leadership development opportunity for those seeking to increase cultural awareness and understanding of diversity by promoting effective intercultural communication. Six EMBRACE workshops examine issues related to frames of references, social identities, and stereotypes.
