Academic Regalia Support
Basic Needs Services and Titan Shops have partnered to help graduating students who experience an unanticipated expense or unique circumstance the opportunity to receive academic regalia at no cost. Eligible students would receive a CSUF cap and gown ensemble (cap, gown, and tassel; hood for Master’s students only) while supplies last. The deadline to apply is Monday, May 15, 2023.
Supplies are limited. Supplies may be exhausted before your request is processed. Students are not guaranteed their requests will be processed and approved. Please note Titan Shops will have regalia available from March 21, 2023 through Commencement.
REIMBURSEMENTS ARE NOT AN OPTION. Your request will not be processed if you already purchased regalia and now seek a reimbursement.
Eligibility requirements are as follows:

Must be a Fall 2022 graduate or Spring 2023/Summer 2023 graduating student.

Must be a Bachelor’s or Master’s candidate.

Must demonstrate an unanticipated expense or unique circumstance (supporting documentation can be included).

Student has no other available financial resources.

Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.

Students can only submit one request. Multiple requests will not be accepted.

Answer each question fully and with helpful details. Incomplete, general, or vague responses will not be processed.

Due to the high volume of requests, response times may be delayed by 4-5 business days .

Please take into consideration requests are not monitored after business hours, on weekends, holidays, and campus closures.
