We are aware of the difficulties the COVID-19 pandemic has caused for our students and are working to assist students to the best of our ability. We hope the following resources will be helpful.

The California Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response website contains information about off-campus financial resources. Under the Get Help tab, there appear various forms of help including Financial Help, Food Assistance, Eviction Moratorium and help for Immigrant Communities.

- The Tenant, Homeowner and Small Landlord Relief and Stabilization Act protects you from eviction if you are unable to pay some or all of your rent due to COVID-19 or the quarantine between September 1, 2020 and September 30, 2021. You'll need to pay at least 25% of your rent for this period. For more information, visit https://covid19.ca.gov/housing-and-homelessness/

211 Orange County for various community resources. 211 is also available for LA County, San Bernardino County, etc. Look up 211 (+ the county you live in).

The Housing Resource Guide
lists emergency shelters, transitional housing, and low-income rentals in Orange County.

Titans now have the ability to access a housing-specific educational tool through College Pads, which helps students, faculty, and staff prepare to review leases, compare off-campus housing options, rent from high-rated landlords, find roommates, and sublet existing units.
