Dear Students,

We are aware of the difficulties the COVID-19 pandemic has caused for our students and are working to assist students to the best of our ability.

We  hope the following resources will be helpful:

    • If you are eligible for state and/or federal aid, and have filed a 20-21 FAFSA, please consult with staff in the Office of Financial Aid on the status of your financial aid award and if you seek additional options. You can contact the Office of Financial Aid at financialaid@fullerton.edu or 657-278-3125 if you have any questions.

    • Cal Fresh Application for food assistance.

    • 211 Orange County for various community resources. 211 is also available for LA County, San Bernardino County, etc. Look up 211 (+ the county you live in).

    • The Housing Resource Guide PDF File lists emergency shelters, transitional housing, and low-income rentals in Orange County.

    • The City of Fullerton has a 1-time rental assistance program of up to $1,000. It is open to students.

    • Titans now have the ability to access a housing-specific educational tool through College Pads, which helps students, faculty, and staff prepare to review leases, compare off-campus housing options, rent from high-rated landlords, find roommates, and sublet existing units. The Cal State Fullerton community can visit fullerton.edu for more information.

    • The California Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response website contains information about off-campus financial resources.  Under the Get Help tab, there appear various forms of help including Financial Help, Food Assistance, Eviction Moratorium and help for Immigrant Communities. Here is a sample letter for City of Fullerton residents to send as well as the FAQs on the City's ordinance: Eviction FAQ and Sample Letter. PDF File

    • International students are encouraged to consult with an International Student Advisor. You can make an appointment via Zoom or Telephone.

    • OnwardCA is an initiative of companies, foundations, and humans to get California workers displaced by COVID-19 essential life services and back to work as quickly as possible.

    • Undocumented students are encouraged to consult with staff in the Titans Resource Dreamers Center for additional resources.

    • You@fullerton.edu contains resources for your physical and mental health.

Now, and always, we are here for you.
