Resident Advisor Leadership Series

The Resident Advisor Leadership Series is a collection of workshops and trainings designed to promote community leadership. The concept of community leadership is very important to the Housing and Residence Life department and parallels the mission of the university in which learning is preeminent. Through the experience in the program students will be able to develop “the habit of intellectual inquiry, prepare for challenging professions, strengthen relationships to their communities and contribute productively to society.”

For students who are not currently employed as a resident advisor, the Resident Advisor Leadership Series will assist them in acquiring the skills that will maximize the opportunity to be selected as a Resident Advisor if they choose to submit an application.
