To apply to the Student Leadership Institute, participants must fill out an application. There is not a selection process per se, but we do need your contact information for our records. Participants must re-apply to the Institute each semester to ensure the accuracy of our records and receive updates about program changes. (Please use "How To" page to assist you on the registration process.)
All participants, returning and new, are REQUIRED to attend a program orientation , which acquaints them with the policies and procedures of the program.The new participant orientations are held in person but the returning participant orientations may occur through different media.

This application form is highly confidential and is used solely for and by the Student Leadership Institute. Questions asked on this application will not affect admittance in the Student Leadership Institute.
