Dr. Jarnagin joined Cal State Fullerton in the spring of 1998 as the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the College of the Arts, where she oversaw student leadership programs, student scholarships and contributed to enrollment management efforts of the college. Since then, she has held several other positions on campus including Associate Dean for New Student Programs and the Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs. She also has experience overseeing budget and human resource functions of the division. In her current role, she provides leadership for division-wide student learning assessment programs and oversees several departments including Honors & Scholars Support Services, Judicial Affairs, Leadership and Multicultural Development Programs, New Student Programs, Student Life and the college-based Assistant Deans for Student Affairs. She also chairs the Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Committee. In addition to active membership in the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators, Lea serves as an adjunct faculty member in the CSUF Masters of Science in Higher Education Program. Lea received her B.A. in Sociology from CSU San Marcos, her M.S. in Counseling with a Specialization in Student Development in Higher Education from Cal State Long Beach and her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from UCLA.

Larry joined the New Student Programs staff in July 2000 after receiving his master of education degree from Azusa Pacific University. As Associate Dean, he provides leadership for New Student Programs, the Student Affairs component of Freshman Programs, as well as the management of the day-to-day operations in the Student Information & Referral Center (UH-178).

Currently the Associate Dean for Student Life, Dr. Uballe has a degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with a concentration in Higher Education from Arizona State University in Tempe. He earned a Masters Degree in Human Services Administration at St. Edwards University and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan. He is a trained mediator experienced in conflict resolution and has extensive knowledge of university policy, development and implementation. Dr. Uballe has over 20 years of experience in higher education and has held various positions including Policy Analyst and Trio Programs Director, directing Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search and Student Support Services.  He has also served as a former recruiter and admissions counselor recruiting first generation college students from families who are migrant farm workers. As the Associate Dean of Students he is responsible for activities related to clubs and organizations and their on campus recognition and supervises the work of the Student Organization Service Center and the Volunteer Service Center. Dr. Uballe serves on the Titan Student Union Board as the Presidents Office designee.  He responds to and reviews complaints/concerns from staff, faculty and students related to campus activities.  He has experience in leading Diversity workshops and multicultural awareness sessions. He is the youngest of eleven children and the only one in his family to earn a four year degree, a master or a doctorate.

Juanita Razo Dueñas joined Cal State Fullerton in 1997 as a Coordinator in the Office of Student Life. Since joining the Titan family, Juanita has worked with various on-campus programs such as the Cocurricular Achievement Record, New Student Orientation, Campus Tours, Information Services, and Leadership Development. She is currently the Associate Dean for Leadership and Multicultural Development Programs where she provides oversight for such programs as Greek Life, the Multicultural Leadership Center, the Student Leadership Institute, and the University Leadership Conference. Juanita holds a Master’s of Science degree in Counseling with a special emphasis in Student Development in Higher Education from CSU Long Beach. Since joining the Dean of Students Office, Juanita has worked in partnership with many staff members and departments to ensure that campus involvement opportunities, and leadership and diversity education are available for CSUF students.
