"The skills that I learned through this position are a lot of organizational and communication skills and learning how to be a part of a team, not just with students but also with faculty and staff. That has been a really good experience and it opened other opportunities for me to get in involved in other ways. Other experiences I really value is just the way that I've been able to interact with the students and get to know different people through this organization Those relations are really important to me. Without being involved I wouldn't have been able to make those connections. I know that a lot of those I've met will continue to be friends even after this experience is over."

Most of the people I hang out with now, and several of my closest friends, I've met through lacrosse and the SC-ICC."
