Xiong Wang, Ph.D.
Professor of Computer Science

Dr. Xiong Wang received his Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2000 and has been a faculty member at California State University, Fullerton since then. Dr. Wang’s research interests are in databases, data mining, and bioinformatics. He has published in prestigious journals such as IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics. He also has presentations in highly competitive international conferences such as IEEE International Conference on Data Mining and ACM SIGMOD International Conference on Management of Data. He is a member of ACM and IEEE Computer Society.
