Welcome to Cal State Fullerton Day   Every year there are several campus events specifically designed to help incoming college students make their decisions regarding their choice of university as well as their major.

Please register for these events to become more acquainted with Cal State Fullerton and what we have to offer.

Welcome to Cal State Fullerton Day
Saturday, April 12, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Registration begins at 8 a.m.

Register for this event today

High school seniors, community college students and their families can explore educational opportunities at Welcome to Cal State Fullerton Day. The April event features campus tours, informational workshops and a resource fair. The Saturday morning event is open to the public free of charge.

Attendees may choose from a variety of workshops conducted throughout the morning on such topics as financial aid, freshman and honors programs, student housing strategies, getting involved and Titan Pride. Sessions tailored specifically for transfer students from community colleges, future teachers and those who haven't yet selected a major area of study also are scheduled.

Faculty members, administrators and staff members from the university's eight colleges and various programs will be staffing information booths in the campus Quad to answer questions and distribute materials.

Registration is open now until April 10th. After April 10th, plan to register at the event. For more information, call University Outreach at (714) 278-2086.

 

Fall Preview Day

Cal State Fullerton will open its doors to students and the community for Fall Preview Day.  The fall event features campus tours, informational workshops and a resource fair. The Saturday morning event is open to the public free of charge.

Attendees will be given an overview of our campus and may choose from a variety of workshops conducted throughout the morning on such topics as freshman programs, completing the CSU application, and financial aid.  Workshops tailored for future teachers are also scheduled.

Staff members from the university’s eight colleges and various programs will be staffing information booths in the Titan Student Union to answer questions and distribute materials.

College Making It Happen

The goal of College, Making It Happen is to provide 6th, 7th and 8th grade students and their parents with the necessary tools to explore higher education and career options. Through motivational, esteem building workshops, and academic support workshops, Cal State Fullerton staff will provide students and their parents with information about preparing and applying for college, how to be academically successful, and available funding resources. The event usually takes place in early February and registration opens in January. For more information, call University Outreach at (714) 278-2086.
