Pre-loan counseling is required annually of all Federal Perkins Loan borrowers at Cal State Fullerton. If you plan to take a Federal Perkins Loan, you must complete a pre-loan counseling workshop.
The workshop is available online at www.mapping-your-future.org. However, you must make an appointment to sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN).
You MUST bring your completed "Borrower Fact Sheet" and "Borrower Information Form" with you to your signing appointment in the Perkins Loan Office (CP300).
Workshops are also available on-campus and are conducted on an appointment basis at the times listed below.
