How To Access
Staff members are available to answer short, general
questions, accept forms and distribute forms. You must present a picture ID in order for us to access your personal records. Monday - Friday: 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.
Walk-in Counseling
In order to assist student as the Fall term begins, our Counseling staff will be staffing our front line services Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with other Financial Aid staff. Therefore, during the weeks of August 20 through September 7, 2012, our Counseling schedule will be deferred. We will return to our standard schedule beginning Monday, September 10, 2012.
Fall counseling hours starting September 10, 2012: Financial Aid counseling is available on a first come first serve basis until slots are filled from Monday through Thursday, 9 A.M. to 4 P.M., with the last sign-in slot at 3:45. There is no counseling on Fridays. Hours are subject to change during peak processing periods.

8 A.M. to 5 P.M.), you may call in to speak with a member of our
staff (Monday - Friday: 8 A.M. - 4:45 P.M.).
