The Deferred Payment Plan (DPP) is a short-term educational loan designed to give students an opportunity to pay their non-resident tuition over an extended plan period of time.

To Apply for Deferred Payment Plan (DPP):

Students may apply for the DPP online at https://my.fullerton.edu. Information on the Deferred Payment Plan can be found in the drop down menu under Student Fees/DPP.

A service charge will be assessed for each payment period. The service charge is based on the total number of units enrolled. No service charge will be assessed if the balance is paid in full before the first day of class.

The charge is computed as follows:

Service Charge = (non-resident tuition) X (1/3) X (15%)

NOTE: Effective Spring 2004, the Non-Resident DPP will require payment in full of the 15% service charge at the time the student signs the DPP form. (non-resident tuition based on the total number of non-resident units enrolled X 15%). Detailed information about The Deferred Payment Plan is also printed on the student schedule.
