Mitch Zehner

Mitch ZehnerBeginning his career in 1984, Mitch Zehner is now recognized as one of Orange County’s top producing commercial brokers. Mitch’s regional specialty is Orange County and the Inland Empire, and he has completed many of Orange County’s largest sales and lease transactions and some of its largest investment acquisitions and dispositions, selling or leasing over 30 million square feet to date. In 2005, OC Metro featured Mitch as one of the county’s “Commercial Real Estate Stars.”

Mitch joined Voit Commercial Brokerage in 1988, and he has been one of the Top 5 Producers company-wide since that time. He currently is the Executive Vice President at Voit and is part of the Tomaselli Zehner Group which has ranked as the #1 Orange County Brokerage Team company-wide since 1999. Prior to joining Voit, Mitch worked as a Senior Sales Executive for Daum/Johnstown American where he was in the top 5 producers from 1985 to 1988, and earned "Rookie of the Year" company-wide in 1985.

Mitch’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Industrial Real Estate Association, the Corporate Facilities Advisors (CORFAC), the Voit Advisory Committee, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Mitch graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance in 1983. He serves Mihaylo College of Business and Economics as a board member on the Real Estate and Land Use Institute and is a former member of the College’s Campaign Cabinet. As a member of the Campaign Cabinet, Mr. Zehner invested in the future of the Mihaylo College of Business & and Economics through his leadership and generous financial support.

Mitch and his wife Cathy, an alumna of Cal State Fullerton’s College of Communications, reside in Corona del Mar.
