Alternatively, there are planned gifts where you can receive an immediate charitable deduction, avoid capital gains taxation, and receive income for your life and/or the life of another while helping the university. For information about various planned gifts, visit the Planned Giving website or contact Stephen Tanenbaum, Senior Director, Estate & Trust Planning, at 657-278-3947 or stanenbaum@fullerton.edu
