Monthly Reports

CSFPF month end financial reports are now available online. If you are a signer on a CSFPF account or have been designated to receive monthly reports, you should be able to sign on using your campus user name and password. The reports are available through the following website:

https://campusapps2.fullerton.edu/CSUPF/

When entering your user name, DO NOT include '@fullerton.edu' as part of your user name.

Once you are signed in, you can select the report you want to view.

In the Report Type drop down box, there are two possible types of reports to which you may have access:

• Deposits and Withdrawals: Monthly transaction reports for Campus Program and Scholarship Accounts. The beginning balance reflects the cash balance from the prior month. The ending balance deducts encumbrances on the account.

• CSFPF Endowment Principal Transactions: Fiscal Year to Date: Fiscal year beginning through month end reports that show endowment principal transactions. These reports reflect the book value of the endowment. (The fiscal year beginning date shows 7/2 as the start date instead of 7/1 due to balance forward requirements in the accounting software).

If you have access to both types of reports, select the type you want from the Report Type drop down box (if you only have access to one type of report, only the one type will show in the box).

In the Project drop down box, select which account you want to view (if you only have access to one account for that report type, only the one account will show in the box).

In the Month drop down box, select the month of report you want to review. For CSFPF Endowment Principal Transactions, you will normally only be able to view the report for the current month end since transactions are shown fiscal year to date and prior reports in the same fiscal year are therefore redundant.
